I know the story of why Tiny Tina has that body:
A day, Tina was hungry and in her refuge she hadn't food. The Hungry Tina, desperate, found a piece of Eridium. With curious and hungry, She bit the Eridium and swallowed a piece. She started to feel that the Eridium was hurting her inside, so tried to vomit it. While She tried it, She didn't feel that her body was started to grow up.
When She finally could vomit the piece of Eridium that she ate it, She tried to stand up. But She felt something strange, like if all was closer before. When She looked down, She saw that her body looks like a 25 years old lady body. She didn't understand why the Eridium had that effect in her, but She was annoying because (like every girl) her boobs and butt grow up too and her tiny clothes makes that She can't move easily, so Tiny takes off her clothes.
She decides to live naked since this moment.
