Steelheart: The first female cyborg (and the sexiest one) that I saw in a cartoon series. Although it still intrigues me what remaining parts of her body are natural / organic; I believe that there weren't details about it in the show.

Like all super heroines, she's way sexy. Such a classic comic book idea. This drawing seems familiar, almost like Scott Campbell, anyhow this awesome.
