Description Oil on canvas.

I try to figure out how difficult was for me to do a black and white portrait and I liked it.

Hi, you have very good drawings, for oil painting you just have to do the same thing you do when you're drawing. first, be patient and cover all over the canvas with color spots and in another sitting paint more carefuly evry detail color by color.

Some oil colors are toxic like cadmium and chrome, so be careful about not eatting it. But just if you eat it, it could cause some danger for your health but in other circumstances is not dangerous.

thanks... are you 100% positive that if i use thngs like webers ororless turpentine, refined linseed oil,and paints with cadmium in my home with an open window that i will be ok in the LONG run??? because im paranoid... i dont want cancer or brain damage

It's okay! Probably just the turpentine use a little bit o maybe replace it with Liquin which is a synthetic medium and it's much better and clean than turpentine. You'll see the difference and maybe you'll paint much more calm.
