I have to say that all your pieces are phenomenal but above all of them this one is my favorite. You have such a weary eye for detail and a very unique way and beautiful way of painting, and above all else I love how all your female personas seem to have an ethnic vibe to them, which is so refreshing and different, and gorgeous. Her expression truly exemplifies the atmosphere of wonder and a certain mysterious romance about her. You are an amazing artist, truly!

Thanks to a background learning to read in Latin and in Spanish, I can read some extensive French. The problem is hearing and speaking it, since to a foreigner like me it sounds a lot different than the way it is spelled C:
And the accent makes pronouncing words hard, like you said!

You know, even for a French kid, learning to read is hard because, as you said, some words are spelled the opposite of the way you pronounce it so they don't recognize their own language ^^
I thought of you yesterday as I was watching an English video. I dfidn't expected it, the youtuber said a few words in French and I didn't even noticed at first because he kept speaking with an English accent. (I still don't know what he said ^^)

This is beautiful! Your take on Art Nouveau with this piece is otherworldly. The little touches like the stars in her shawl and shooting stars shooting through the clouds that's actually her hair, it's just too cool! Bravo!

I say you should.
Think of it this way - if you want to succeed as an artist professional (if that's what you like to do), you will have to find ways to get your name out there so people can remember you and take notice.
That comes from doing things extra: competitions, magazine submissions, collaborative projects online/in person, comic cons, etc. If you start submitting things now, within a year or two, you would have already built up your name and presence...all before finishing school if you desire to complete your program. Would you get some rejections at the beginning? Sure...but, if you stay consistent in submitting and creating, people will become more familiar with your work, your work ethic, and your personality..and they'll soon back you up and push you to the top as you continue to work hard.
I don't often go around tellin' artists to submit their work...but when I do, it's because I know there's something there. You do have something my friend, you truly do. It wouldn't hurt to submit to ImagineFX...and just wait, if you do, and do it consistently...you'll get in. And I will happily purchase a copy to share with others of your work. Because seriously, you have amazing work...this is coming from a BFA grad in graphic design, so don't take that lightly. lol
Food for thought - either way on how you decide...I support you and your work. Continue to do awesome stuff my friend!
