Sailor Veeeeeeee!The manga is really peppy and cute! This and the Sailor Moon manga are the only comics I've bought in... a year and a half orz
Sailor V beats Sailor Moon by a long shot but it's only 2 volumes long

We're marathoning it in japanese and there's a bunch of things that were clearly taken out of the show for obvious reasons

can I ask how you make the background transparent like that?

In photoshop you can just delete the background layer and save it as a gif or transparent .png
For animation you have to go to"save for web and devices". I know nothing about other softwares, but I imagine there would be a similar way.
