A close-up of František Rint's 1870 rendering of the Schwarzenberg coat of arms at Sedlec ossuary, using only bones from the remains of those buried at the monastery since the twelfth century. It depicts a detail on the heraldic crest, added in 1599 by Adolf zu Schwarzenberg after the conquest of a Turkish fortress: the decapitated head of a Turk having his eyes pecked out by a raven.
