Description Once, all elves ruled all of Magria under one homogenous empire before the apocalyptic War in Heaven.
But when the skies rained blood and as the angels were murdered, that great Empire crumbled away. Now all elves in Magria struggle to survive, at the brink of extinction, and divided.

Of the Elven Subgroups, the Ae'Sidh are closest to their fae ancestry. Prior to the War in Heaven, the Ae'Sidh was a small but influential Bacchanal Cult that worshipped the God-couple Cernos and his wife Rhea, the (then minor) elven gods of nature and fertility respectively. Although it started out as a pleasure cult that held the spiritual importance of nature and the wilds in respect to elven sexuality, the War in Heaven and the subsequent incarnation of the demigod child of Cernos turned it into a major power in elven politics.

After the murder of Cernos' son and the end of the War in Heaven, the remnants of elven society scrambled together in an attempt to rebuild the fallen empire. The Ae'Sidh however, retreated into the southern forests of the Emerald Isles and small bands of them hid westwards in the deep forests of Gallatia. In the Emerald Isle, the Ae'Sidh founded the Kingdom of Ahmaidea which stands up to the present day. A new demigod has appeared to guide the Kingdom: Ophelia daughter of Cernos, and with her guidance the Kings of Ahmaidea led their people to prosperity.

The Ae'Sidh do not fight in conventional warfare, opting to stay hidden in forests and fight in guerilla wars. This tactic proved efficient for as the Ahmaidean population decreased, so too did their influence in the island, and the human kingdom of Prydaine grew right under their noses. Perpetual war between the two people was suffered, until an uneasy peace was brokered by the last king of Prydain before his death. Now the peace lies in the balance, as Prydaine is engulfed in a century-long Civil War, and anti-elven nobles begin encroaching upon Ahmaidean lands.
