I thought it would be neat to make a Waddle Dee who specializes in throws using the Suplex copy ability. There's no particular lore for him other than he's really good at using Suplex moves and basically can't do anything else. He can't use parasols, he can't wield a spear, he can't hold anything in his goofy lil hands.
