oh, just look through my gallery! Amy is my avatar, and then my three blokes are Billy, Alpha and Dexter. and I agree, I can't get enough baby rats either. too cute!!! the single most annoying thing, though, is that when Amy is in with the boys, I'll eventually find her (once she's done hiding over the busted hanging excursion ball) cuddling with Bill. no mounting, no grooming.... the pair of them fast asleep and just keeping each other warm. seen her get mounted once in this month or so that I've been trying..... and it was her litter brother too.... he is not the one I want her to mate with, but I know he is, by rat terms the most attractive. (it's a litter thing. Dexter was from a litter of two, both male; Alpha, a litter of 8, with four males. Billy, no idea as he's one of my progenitors-not bred by me..... and female rats are attracted, for some reason or other, to blokes with mad many sisters.)

I'd worry that Billy was gay, but it turns out when you have a homosexual rat, you know *gives Kira an odd look* one of my youngsters is totally bi, leaning lesbian. very odd to see. she does the "I'm in heat" ear wiggles IF she is exposed to males, and only if exposed to males..... the rest of the time.... she tries to rape her aunt. no joke!! I noticed they didn't seem to be getting along, they would make a ton of noise and I'd find Lila holding Kira down... after wondering what had been going on, I finally saw. Kira was mounting and copulating with her Aunt Lila.... much to Aunt Lila's distress. she couldn't figure out what was going on. why was her niece trying to mate with her? there could be no cute babes like that, no babes at all!!

I still have no idea what I should do about the pair of them.... no one is getting hurt, Lila is just bothered by it
