Second FO:E Ministry Wallpaper. Dash's Ministry was basically just the 'do-nothing-but-look-cool-and-spend-money' agency before the bombs fell. Except it wasn't.Had a lot of fun with this, tried a few new things out and learned a couple neat tricks.
