SAME! I still think the love triangle is uneccessary but Tauriel as her own character was fantastic I was pleasantly surprised.

Yeah, I feel the same way. I just didn't want Kate from lost with all them and then was pleasantly surprised for sure.

oh I never watched Lost, I remember when it came out though. For me before the movie came out all I heard about her character was that she would be a love interest for Kili and it just really dampened my view on her as a legit character.
