This is an lively theme but there are some bad looking things:
Start menu button is pixelized-try to use vectors and make it smoother.
Start menu image looks great but top and bottom panel does not match to that image- try to make them deeper(darker) and change shutdown and logoff buttons.
Tray button is great but adress button looks strange.
And for the end close, minimalize etc. buttons looks bad- try to leave only symbols: x _.

Also the font sucks no offense.
Use something normal like verdana, Tahoma etc.

Ok start button image needs to be anti aliased or something because its really jagged also add a shadow to the text or something because right now its unreadable and 3rd make a bleach visualstyle lol.

Right Click on your Desktop and click Properties. Then you can choose the default Windows XP theme, or any other ones you have installed.
