The Christian Bible. There are the Ten Commandments, and one similar to "THOU SHALT NOT STEAL." is "THOU SHALT NOT KILL." So...why are there still people who kills each other in this world?

Because they're not Christians or Jews. Well, that is, not really. They might call themselves that in order to try to legitimize or justify their actions. But they ignore the spirit of the religion for the sake of their self-righteousness. Nothing justifies evil better than misquoting the Bible, right?
