The two combatants lock eyes for a moment. Link's blue eyes surging with and unfathomable power as Pathose's yellow orbs glare back, taunting him attack.

Link bolts forward, sword in hand. He delivers a devastating slash to Pathose’s abdomen. The momentum of his attack leads him behind Pathose. As the cut begins to heal, Pathose is engulfed in an explosion. Link turns to see the MGK king marching out from the cloud of smoke.

Pathose cracks his knuckles.

Pathose - “Have to say, between BGL’s ridiculous final attack, and that slash, I may very well have to use more than ten percent of my power.”

Link - “So you haven’t been using full power? Guess I should use the rest of mine as well”

A grin comes across Pathose's face.

Pathose - “I welcome that!”

Pathose unleashes a plutonium beam from his maw, only to have it be blocked by Link. In return, Link charges forward again and unleashes his own breath attack. Pathose is able to block it as well using his arm but Link immediately follows up with several slashes that land clean hits. Pathose snarls and tries to slash at Link, but thr warrior dodges and jams his sword into Pathose’s waist. He kicks the monster away and brings out his bow, firing off a volley of arrows at incredible speed. The arrows all pierce Pathose’s armored scales with ease and penetrate deep. Pathose rears back and roars, as he does so, white light lances out from his mouth and wounds. the arrows dissipate into nothing as Pathose hunches over.

Link - “See you abomination, you dont’t stand a chance against me, just like the ones before.”

Pathose - “ You're wrong about that... SPUNKY!”

Pathose rears up and clenches his fists. He roars as his body emits a unhealthy red aura as power begins to surge within his body. Link’s mind is ravaged by his “nickname” and all the memories involved with it. It slows him just enough for Pathose to quickly react. He charges forward, faster than Link’s eyes can see and delivers a devastating punch to his belly, sinking his fist into Link's gut.

Pathose - “Its going to take a bit more than a combo to kill me, and consider this your combo breaker.

Pathose slamsbhis foot into the side of Link's head, sending him flying away. Link quickly returns to his feet and attempts to bring up his sword, but like before Pathose charges him at an incredible speed. When he finally slows enough for Link to see him, he has appeared in front of Link, mid turn as he sends his tail into the warrior. Link slides away and already begins to prepares himself for the next attack. Pathose appears in front of him and delivers several strong punches, all of which Link uses his sword to block.

Pathose roars in anger. A mistake as Link uses the opportunity to attack. He quickly attacks with an upward slash, staggering the monster. While Pathose reels from the attack, Link slams his blade into the ground and clenches his fists. The warriors delivers a flurry of powerful punches and kicks to Pathose. Angered, Pathose swipes at Link, only for the skilled fighter to dodge and kick off his arm. Link does a backward flip in mid air. He brings out his bow again and fires it. Pathose chucks a bolt of energy at the arrow, destroying it before it can hurt him. He prepares another bolt of energy in his palm but finds that Link has disappeared.

Pathose - “Hiding already? Usually that happens much later in a fight...comparatively speaking. Most don’t survive this long.”

And arrow flies in from the darkness in the ceiling above. Pathose hurls his energy bolt into the arrow like before. More arrows are fired, each coming in a different direction and at faster intervals. Pathose busies himself with destroying the flurry of arrows. Link hops down from the shadows and takes aim. He fires one last arrow that connects with Pathose’s neck, piercing all the way through. The monster takes a step back as he grabs the arrow in his neck. he tries to spew insults but can only manage a gagging noise.

Link picks up his sword and bolts forward. He strikes while his opponent is weak and begins slicing the monster with his glowing white blade. The power emanating from him creating what one could only describe as a white triforce around his foe. Link swings his sword back, readying for the final blow, energy coursing through his blade. Pathose can only stare back with hate in his eyes, frozen in his wounds.

Will a reverberating roar of a yell, Link swings the blade, slicing through Pathose’s body like it is nothing. Finally, with a massive explosion, the room is shrouded with a white light.
