so do you have to be hired as their photographer or a paper or magazine to be able to get that close with a camera or just buy a good enough ticket and you're allowed to bring your camera?

you need a media pass to be this close which is approved by the promoter/tour manager, you have 3 songs to shoot & escorted in/out of the arena
general public are only allowed small point/shoot cameras

oh hmm so you couldn't have a DSLR if you were just a fan in the crowds? I had my camera at kiss concert but I was WAY too far
