I did basicaly the same thing as in trapper keeper but in a fullscreen resolution for my mac. it should still tile though if you have a big enough monitor*imported it into illustrator and livetraced it. Worked pretty well actually. I might do this some more. exported the picture back into png. it smoothed out some of the jaggies. Now I can render it in any size I want.
