Raiden would kick the crap out of Storm.
Nothing personal but he is much more experienced,strong,fast and is also very cunning.
If I'm correct,both are immune to electricity but Raiden is also better at hand to hand combat has a staff and war hammer.

I'm on storm's side she has a very large arsenal of power including ancestral sorcery passed down through her family and her ruby on her costume is a family heirloom that allows her to teleport as well so storm gives raiden a run for his money and let's not forget she was strained by wolverine himself in martial arts so she is a very hard combatant to take down so "Enjoy the calm while it lasts" raiden "Go Storm!"

Great concept! My favourite Kombatant and X-woman battling it out ... Hmm, at first, I thought Storm would win for sure, but then I realised that Raiden has the martial arts and speed advantage. So he will have a narrow victory, IMHO ...

Of course my money is on RO! Just because she has more arsenal than Raiden. And her powers are alot more intricate. Hand to hand she might have a problem but he wouldnt get close enough to punch her. GO TEAM STORM!!!! Awesome depiction by the way!

i think she could even hold her own for a while at least against him hand to hand! she beat cyclops when she was de-powered and he had frigin lazer eyes lol

True! but Raiden is a master martial artist. Cyclops is NOT. lol. Sure she would handle it a little bit but she'd depend on her powers subtleties to beat Rai hand to hand. And she would still lose. But power blow for blow, she would kick his albino ass! lol
