Description
This was a request byI didn't play Valkyria Chronicles so I have no idea who she is. I think she is some villain or boss character. I prefer bad girls in distress over regular damsels so I enjoyed doing this.
I tried to show motion (as per request) by drawing those weird lines.. what do you guys think? I also tried that weird red thing that I see in some anime when the character gets pissed... did I use it right?
Valkyria Chronicles and Selvaria are properties of.. some game company... The important thing is I didn't design them and I didn't profit from them.

as per snapdragon said, the motion lines don't look too good, but so what? anyone who emphasizes on those over the actual effort is a fucking communist.

The stiff upright position with motion lines doesn't work. She needs to be shown straining and pulling at her bounds in an arousingly futile struggle. This might not be the best example, but to give you an idea:
