I haven't even watched Kill la Kill, but I agree with Hiroshi. there's a lot of energy in your characters & art. Great piece! :3

I love all of the energy in this pic! I love the kinda quick, really active and animated shapes you used to draw her skirt, and the bows one her boots, and especially the big, thick curls of her pigtails. It feels like all of those shapes are exploding out and dancing and jumping around -- it feels so animated and alive and I love it! And it all reinforces that energy in her face and her pose -- she has such a cute, huge smile and bright eye-d expression, and there's this cutesy, bouncy, excited energy in her pose. I also like how you've drawn her hands; there's a great, loose, exaggerated quality to the hands that carries a lot of life and energy through.
I really like the colors here, too -- I like how well the lighting and shadows on her hair, her skin, her outfit flesh out the forms, and how you've got such a cohesive and pretty color palette working -- I like the choices you used for the colors/tones of the shadows in particular. I love that you are able to add shadows that add depth and volume and mood and atmosphere, and how they feel so natural and work so well with such bright, bold colors.
Another awesome piece. I really dig the energy and personality in your art! : )

I love this show so much. xD Anyway, she's one of my favourite characters on there, and you did an excellent job on translating her into your style.
