I think so. If not the first then very soon afterwards! From a time of metal miniatures. Not those nasty plastic ones.

The plastic ones aren't bad at all- the new Raptor models look absolutely gorgeous with computer designed detail. The problem is the oudated basic CSM plastic miniatures which look like ass. Very little detail, they're pretty much loyalists with horns slapped on. The only really good bits are the ones for the aspiring champion and bannah bearer.
Hopefully GW will make a full kit like those Chaos Chosen in the Dark Vengeance box, only without horrible loadouts.

Yeah, I love the old designs. This one reminds me of a cow's skull. Maybe this marine goes by the name of Bull-Skull The Bloody but his real name is actually "Daisy"!

I'm just getting into W40K tabletop, and I can't express enough how I hate most of the current models. The Raptors are a good example. I only like a couple of the new helmets, and greatly prefer the original armor and their old Jump Packs.
