Description Good evening / Hello.
I decided to try out a complete new style of drawing with GIMP: The art to mace pictures without big contures. Well, it's my first try, and I have to say that I'm very tired (its 2:30 AM in Germany), but I think it is worth to look at.
I needed all in all four hours for this picture. Thinking of the full-size-resolution it should be acceptable.
So njoy it, if you tell me it's good I will try to make more of that kind, if not, I will stay on my well known style.

I was inspired by the contest of to make a picture shows Tails building some kind of space glider. Well, I made it inside - even tho I have no knowledge about space gliders, so there arent much details. But this deviation should show Tails finishing his work by connecting the last neccessary microchip to the main systems. Please tell me if you like it.

I'm waiting for comments.
Best regards

lol this totally reminds me of when it was 2 am and I drew tails working on some machine. (I couldn't sleep)

What chip does Tails is placing in?
For flight controls? or for the AI pilot?

I think it's a good start and something you should definitely work more on in the future. Somethings you should keep in mind is the edges need proper defining because there aren't any outlines. The shadows and highlights also help set the different areas apart from each other so those should be neat and well placed. Overall, this is a good start to a style that can be very rewarding if you keep at it.
