Description
The First German Labour Service was formed under ruling of Max Otto von Schwarz in order to develop civil and military infrastructure and do agriculture work in the whole country. Membership in the organisation wasn't voluntary and was compulsory. Germans when they aged 19 were enlisted into the organization and they did work that was described above. They served 6 months and after the Arbeitsplicht they were enlisted into Erste Deutsche Wehrmacht. Having documents of the labour service is one of the important requirement to join Erste Deutsche SS (Allgemeine-SS to be exact). The organization was abolished in 2019 when Langenberg came to power by coup d'etat. The organization saved its name, but word "Freiwillige" was added to it. That meant, that organization was fully volunteered. And then it became a private organization and separated from the NDVPD and the state. F.E.D.A.D. became more like "building company" and "agriculture holding company(a little)" than a labour organization.

The organization had two sections:
— Male (Männlich abteilung)
— Female (Weiblich abteilung)

Ranks were different and depended on the section.
