Right because leaving the middle east is clearly deadly to US soldiers.

c'mon, you know well I'm not specifically tuned "on Trump", this poster here is about Corona, but if HRC would be president, it probably would be the same poster with her name, but about WWIII then, ehmm ... and btw, I even wouldn't blame Bush jun. for starting war in the middle east after 9/11, but his advisors = Cheyney, Rumsfeld, Ashcroft, Rice, Gonzales & Co. de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kabinettβ¦

www.deviantart.com/comments/1/β¦ Β ... and today, after having watched a tv discussion with a famous German Wall Street insider, who left NY last week, and talked about how Trump is utilizing the Corona crises, by intentionally refusing help for those states who didn't vote for him (e.g. NY), and giving it to his supporters instead (e.g. Florida), I'd like to add to the forementioned comment, even if he won't be charged for "crimes against humanity" anymore, just because he's probably to old already to be held responsible for his deeds, it's obvious that for future generations, he surely will be remembered as the president, who willingly caused the most fatalities among US citizens of all time, by lower motives!

well ... the literal meaning is just one side of the medal, and if you scroll down even your link to "recent usage", you can well see, that the literal meaning isn't that important these days (for Europeans like me, has actauelly never been in my lifetime) ... same thing with my posters & most of my comments, (almost) nothing here (in ART in general) is meant literally, it's all about symbolism, and has a figurative meaning ... I once asked the Japanese guy you also follow here, the one who always insists on evidence & truth, if pop-art (Liechtenstein, Warhol, ...), or e.g. Punk, would have any meaning to him, and he simply answered "no" ... well, that's the problem with communication with "certain actors" (not just) here (besides trolling, which I don't mind, btw ... I'm extremely patiened), it's deviantART we're commenting at, not deviantPOLITICS

Oh the literal meaning dude its a word with only literal meanings. Also the only person not dealing in facts is you. This is why you anti-Trumpers are laughing stocks. If you break the law you suffer the consequences. Now where is this war your art clearly claims Trump is killing people but you have no facts backing it up. Which basically makes you a false accuser.

Thousands of fallen soldiers and many more retired veterans who are now dead and the government/VA doesn't care about any of them or their families. They just bury their obligations, along with the veterans, during the funerals.

hmm ... that's interesting, I have absolutely no feelings about (death) of relatives or (even close) "friends" (I never had, and since I pretty old for a dA member, I can asure you, the number is immense, ehmm) I thought, that was a typical Aspi-thing, too (because almost every "symptom" from the typical asperger-autism diagnosis fits to me perfectly, lol) ... so, may I ask you, if your experience in this case is perhaps a different one?

I suffer from PTSD after my dad died. And to this day, I still cry myself to sleep when I find myself missing him and I can't watch a dead parent scene or parent-to-child scene of any kind in a movie or show without fighting the growing urge to start crying and howling at the heavens to give me back my dad or destroy something with my bare hands. And after I have an attack, there's this dark ache in my heart that feels like a cold fist tried to wrench it out of my rib cage.
Emotional processing, as far as I can tell, varies from one Autistic to another.

The one solace of all the pain I live with is the fact my dad still comes back to me in my dreams. To see his face, hear his voice, and have good moments with him again, even if they're not real. But for a few hours a night, he's with me again.

... hmm ... it's probably a educational or cultural thing, but how come that you distinguish so clearly between dream & reality ... to my opinion, that's not nessecary, since you can get relief and satisfaction equally from both, and if you check (serious) modern scientific views on perception of "reality"Β (brain science, physics, psychology), it's probably nothing else but some kind of biological VR, and "liveΒ perception" (being awake) is just a real time simulation with live sensory inputs from your body, but with ~80% prediction and cognitive presets & (faulty) filtering (that's why magicians can trick your perception) Β ... and that's btw exactly what I always thought, even before I knew those studies, because my dreaming experience (the stuff I remember), usually doesn't differ from real life experience at all (banal "film sequences") ... but yeah, perhaps I'm just not "normal", lol ...Β www.youtube.com/watch?v=-vrJxRβ¦ Β
