Yeheh its Neji
I did this because I got the 12th Naruto book and it had the parts with Neji's past in it! -Squee- 8D so it, uh, put me in fangirl mode. Full view please! ;_; for me?
I tried so many effects on this I don't even remember what did I do to this...except outer glow, and...hmm..I really don't remember xD
Don't worry the crap I'm submitting will end soon, I'll start slaving over some FOUR or FIVE pages comic @_@
When my dad looked at this he thought it was a girl and she was trying to stop someone. It's THE GENTLE FIST STANCE!!! not that he would know xD

I'm fammiliar with this "digital art" crap. I used to use it a lot before my tablet broke *breaks down crying* *sniff* anyway, it looks like you used "soften" on the outline and perhaps airbrushes for shading?
