A future of timid reminders, with hearts left sour?
Of rotten beings that chase and devour?
Shadows of former Glory deflated and left exposed.
I see worlds waiting for Kingdom come.
Futures spinning in the oblivion.
No fear at the hideous and black corners.
Thunderous skies with light the enemy.
Loveless things scurrying and begging,
With the small chance of graciousness and care.
Look deeper into the dark now.
Truly see what is there.
Imagination only a precursor to the inevitable delusions.
Blood flows in the empty expanse of perfumed Forever.

Such a stupid word, Forever.
Such a stupid whore of vocabulary.
I digress as always.
Always and forever.

The Dark always welcomes us.
It is always there, biding it's time until we turn our attentions.
Turn our attentions and will to it.
Feed the blackness and quiver at the thought.
An alien language waiting for us to fuck up.
To creep closer and stick our big noses in.
Got to find out why and that is our undoing.
Of butcher knives and chopping blocks.
Meat hooks and rubber masks.
It waits for us to fool ourselves into believing It's safe.
Sure you've cut yourself-A-plenty.
Feed the need.
All that was nothing compared to what treasures it hides.
Let loose.
