Pittar are largely harmless in their intent, seeking comfort form others. however it is difficult to get free of their embrace once caught in a hug.
Tarrow are the haunted remains of Pokémon who long ago became trapped within tar that now makes up its body. they long for freedom and seek aid form any they can reach. inevitably more fall victim to the sticky tar and become trapped.
