Unfortunately, I was hoping to get this up before 's birthday, but a last I did not because I got lost in doing other things... And now it's two days late... And Samantha's face looks funny...

Ah well, I'll have this colored hopefully within the week and I hope Sama likes this! I usually never draw other people's characters, especially officials, so I think this really turned out that good.

They're supposed to be dancing some kind of dance, I think it's tango but I could be wrong. And yes, they are doing it dressed up as Neo Queen Serenity and King Endymion from Sailor Moon. I don't know why Samantha looks so embarrassed as it's sorta out of character for her, but who knows what goes on in their little world.
