Akainu, probably, but those like Kizaru & Fujitora who are kinda neutral probably wont suffer such defeats....? maybe wounded sure, but probably wont lose as bad as Akainu will got in the future.... but IDK i could be wrong - or very wrong xD;;; Β

tho TBH, Akainu is actually my fav well written chara (not actually his personality wise tho LOL)
i've always been told that a well written villain is the one thats hated by the readers/watchers for what they do or did (unlike some other villain like Doffy who are still loved by many despite what he did - including me) xD;;;
as a person who studied at both manga course n chara design course before, its my goal to one day create an OC villain that could be hated for what he did
so yah..... i personally couldnt hate Akainu as much as most people, because i know he's a well written villain, where most people couldnt see that aspect -w-

I get what you mean. XD Doffy is oddly loved no matter what. I see what you mean though... Because technically speaking, the marines do fight for justice... I can say I'm neutral towards Akainu. I don't hate him but I can't say he's my favorite character... XD That spot's probably taken by Usopp or Chopper XD I wonder what thing your OC will do to cause hatred upon himself XD

yeah i just couldnt hate Akainu that much n esp since he's also voiced by 1 of absolute fav VA where i'd go total bias with on normal circumtances >w>;;;

XD I know what you mean. Usopp and Chopper are voiced by two of my fav VAs so bias there too.... (and Chopper's adorable so I cant help it)
