Good afternoon, fellow Deviants. I hope everyone slept well. Moving right along, here's my newest piece.

"Black Girl Magic" features Taranee Cook (right) from W.I.T.C.H. and Piper Willowbrook (left) of Mysticons looking at each other with confidence before delivering a mystical inferno overdrive to some evildoers with their fiery powers. I was inspired to draw this as I fell in love with Mysticons when it premiered on Nickelodeon two weeks ago despite (or perhaps because of) its similarities to W.I.T.C.H., with Piper quickly becoming one of my two favorite characters (the other being her dwarf friend Emerald Goldenbraid) much like how Taranee (alongside her water-controlling pal Irma Lair) grew on me very much when W.I.T.C.H. premiered back in 2004.
