Wow! This is such a good "quick sketch"--I almost cannot believe it!

The way you have outlined her eyes really gives her those amazing "Bad-guy (DUH!)" vibes, and for that I applaud you, because it's a very hard thing for a drawing to capture the realism of a person both in physical attributes and in personality!
I also love the rougher style of shading you went for here as well (though the smooth style is crazy good, too)--the occasional change in concept is pretty neat!
