Description Well guys, here is the long awaited Lugia!

I thought I lost it actually, but it turns out I didn't. I drew the sketch first and then scanned it into Photoshop where I did the lineart with the pen tool.

Then I coloured it, shaded and did the highlights before moving onto the water background which I made following water tutorial. [link]

The bubbles were also done using tutorial. [link]

Well it took me a while, but I hope you guys like it. ^^

I have to admit, if I was out snorkeling is some tropical ocean (so sad I don't have any where I live, but anyway), and saw this, I would probably be overjoyed/terrified/help me/I love Lugia!/oh boy! in short.

Very nice job with the picture. I will have to keep that in mind as far as scanning a pencil sketch into the computer, and then coloring it (now that I have the power..uh..I mean the tools ). Keep up the good work.
