Having dispatched the secretary before she hit the silent alarm, I made my way down the hall and found her boss with her back turned as I entered the room.

I cleared my throat and she spun around, startled to find she wasn't alone.

"Who are you, and what have you done with Jill?" she asked nervously, eyeing the silenced pistol pointed at her belly.

My reply was a dart that pierced her flesh just above the navel.

"Ohhh..." she moaned as her hand reflexively went to the wound, "Why..?" was all she could muster in response.

With a harsh -pffft- a second dart took her belly midway between her navel and her pubic mound. It was more than enough to finish her off. Her hand fell away from where she cradled her belly at the site of the first dart. The tall, sexy blonde slid down the wall as the darts' powerful drugs coursed through her system, robbing her of consciousness almost as effectively as a leather sap to her skull.

My work here was almost done. Time to enjoy the spoils of victory...
