I forgot I had this. Presenting the most evil motherfucker this side of the Soul Society and Hueco Mundo, Sosuke Aizen from Bleach.

A brief history lesson: Aizen was once the Captain of Squad Five within the rankings of the Soul Society. In reality, he was scheming to take the whole thing over along with former Squad Three Captain Gin Ichimaru and Squad Nine Captain Kaname Tosen. After betraying the Soul Society, Aizen becomes the ruler of Hueco Mundo, the land of the Hollows, and the creator of the Arrancar - Hollows with Soul Reaper/Shinigami powers. Aizen wishes to use the Hogyoku to become an all-powerful god-like entity to take over everything. When he reaches his full evolution, he's stopped by the combined might of Ichigo Kurosaki and Kisuke Urahara. Since then, he was sentenced to an eternity locked in the Soul Society basement, and that's all I read cuz the rest of Bleach got real stupid afterward.

Aizen's zanpaku-to, Kyoka Suigetsu, allows him to mess with people's senses who see the blade in its true form. Those who see it cannot unsee it, thus becoming putty in his hands. Only Ichigo was immune to the effects, since he never looked at it.
