can change parts of their designs (wing type, paw pad color, etc; only a few changes please!)
may NOT change their species
can decide on gender, personality, sexuality, etc
can not sell for more than you paid to buy them (unless they have extra art; if trading them away/selling please let me know

the sparkles arent really a part of their design (unless you want them to be!)
