I was right in the middle of Shippuden Episode 216, and I suddenly and randomly noticed Zetsu's split white half and how he was, well, pretty much naked. I got to thinking about how that would work for Yurie and ended up drawing this.

Why is Yurie two people instead of two weird halves?

Good question. Going off what I had been previous saying, I've decided that when Yurie splits, it'll be into two full people, rather than two sloppy halves. Based on how Zetsu's... "body" seems able to mold into different things, such as Madara/Tobi's arm for example, I suppose I use that as my excuse in saying that the left over... er... mush forms into the other missing half, making two fully formed people.

That said, only White Yurie has the flower in her hair because the flower was on that side of Yurie's body.

Why are those things curling over the Yurie's chests?

Those "things" are the plant that once grew up on either side of Yurie's head. I originally was going to exclude them because I noticed White Zetsu didn't have it in the episode I was watching--though I'm still very confused as to whether he or Black Zetsu still have the plant or where it has gone to.

Anyway, I was going to leave Yurie "nude" so to speak, without nipples, but I realized that wouldn't make any sense since I have Yurie's chest clothed normally, implying nipples, whcih wouldn't simpy vanish with the splitting of herself, and I figure at least that much of her anatomy is human--even if they're a useless feature, considering I'm not really all that sure if Yurie has anything down THERE... Zetsu definitely doesn't when he splits, so I wonder if he has it normally, or if it just vanished when he split.

ANYWAY, I got the idea to have each Yurie have their half of the plant, but it have curled down towards the front of their body and around their breasts. I don't see why not, since glancing back at Black Zetsu in the Kage Summit arc, he had it just hanging from his side.

Now, that I've gotten the questions out of the way...

I'm pleased with how this turned out, except for Sakaye's torso area. *growls in frustration* I got her breasts the right size--for once-- but her waist and hips seem a little... Ugh. I think her torso's too short, but given her height, it actually should be right, considering she's 5'4" to the 5'11" Yurie's. *sigh*
