Gonna enter this in the world theme contest.
Dunno if you can really consider a Brazilian samba costume as "traditional" wear... but, Carnival is a Brazilian tradition and samba costumes like this are worn during the festival. I mean come on the Brazilian Carnival is one of the biggest festivals on the planet...
