Now incase you are wondering, why Rosie and Puffa instead of Roise and Oliver or Percy. It because like Big Mickey who is actually used to be in the Tugs series and also the first character to have a face beside the tugs which he doesn’t in the series.I wanted a character who is from Tugs to have a face, Puffa for example which i was thinking of a headcanon were Puffa was save from scape at the Bigg city and transport to Sodor and that how he meet Rosie. (Also he sometimes have a Americans accent beside birmingham which that how he got the rose from Rosie)

To be honest I think Puffa would be more of a mentor/fatherly figure to Rosie rather than a lover.

Ture but you must know that Puffa was a german design (he was based on the Marklin engine from S1) and have a British accent instead of a American one so he can’t be a American or lived in America.
