I found out about Mr. Leiber's passing when I was looking for a job and saw an article about it.Β It didn't feel real then and it still doesn't feel quite real now...It's like saying that the sky isn't there anymore: Doesn't even seem imaginable, let alone possible.
It's a crying shame that the last few years of his life were what they were, but I'm glad he was at least in the custody of his daughter for the last few months.Β I'm sure he's reunited with his wife now, far from the people who tried to profit off of him and the ravages of old age.
Excelsior, Mr. Lee.Β You certainly made all of our lives Marvel and we're all better off for it.
