My favorite Pokemon in the new Ruby and Sapphire games, I decided to make her my latest human Pokemon. Gardevoir is very powerful and very elegant, and I tried to capture her elegance in this picture. The background was just slapped in there (I really hate doing backgrounds) but I'm gonna make a better one later. I really like how her face and dress came out.
