My take on Gorochu, the unused evolution of Raichu from Gen I's development; it's a combination of back sprite observations and the elements I liked from VivinkArt's and RacieB's takes.
I've had this lightning demon on mind lately, what with Raichu becoming one of my favourite Pokemon over the years.
