Still need a good, colour reference of unarmoured MMPU Rock...I know he wears an orange shirt and white pants (and his eyes are green. Stop me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure Hitoshi Ariga didn't work on this game), but that's it....Oh, wait. The pic. Yes, I still wish Capcom would show us a deeper relationship between these two brothers than simply "I show up, toss you an item/advice (or fight you/save your ass) and leave". Come on, Ruby-Spears pulled it off!

No idea. :/ I think Capcom usually just doesn't bother with an plot deeper than "excuse" for the Classic series.

The plots of the Classic games--the main ones, anyway--are fairly basic and don't really go in-depth on too many things. (Though I think TV Tropes's definition of "excuse plot" is different from how I used it. derp)

Yeeeaaahhhh... realistically? The kind of relationship they have in the game would be considered a GOOD relationship by most fraternal standards. My brother and I were at each other's throats for most of our childhood up until early adulthood, and now we actually speak to each other about twice a year.
It may be a working formula for them... being away from each other long enough to actually start to miss the other, but keeping reunions just short enough so that they don't get reminded as to WHY they stayed away from each other for so long in the first place.

I begin on the Background, it's looks like not water there...but it is, i belive :S (o. o) yea i don't like it, ProtoMan and MegaMan looks very cool, but the colors are normal/standard. See very weired color errors :S
