Biography:

Finley never knew her mother as she left at her birth. Left with no choice, her father took a leave from the Air Force to raise her until she was older. So he moved back to his home in Cytro and stayed with his brother. Finley’s dad was a pilot and an engineer in the Air Force, so spent his time designing planes.

When Finley was old enough, she went back with her dad to the Air Force and spent her childhood as a military child, moving base to base and going all over the world. When her dad was busy, she would attend the local school and in her free time, would explore the local area. She loved going down to the beaches and chasing down different insects and capturing them to draw, she’d always let them go of course.

But one day, she was on the base watching her father test a new plane when everything seemed to spiral out of control, there were several malfunctions and the plane began to drop out of the sky. She was starting to panic, why hadn’t he deployed his chute yet? She knew the answer as the jet crashed into the ground in a fiery explosion.

The next year was a blur, the funeral, moving back to Cytro to live with her father’s brother, Paul, and putting back the pieces. She found comfort in the fact that she knew her dad as long as she did and that he died doing something he was proud of and loved.

Things returned to normal as she adjusted to life on the island, Uncle Paul was pretty much a second dad to her, and she attended high school. In her senior year however, she was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer, and the outcome was not looking well. But her Uncle was desperate and allowed the use of an experimental serum, and after two more weeks of fighting, the cancer cell had disappeared.

Finley and Uncle Paul were ecstatic, and she could graduate after taking summer courses. To celebrate, she went out and got her first tattoo, where she found her passion. She went back to the tattoo shop several more times to get a sleeve and was offered a job as a cashier, which she gladly accepted. Growing up, she never stopped drawing so the manager offered to take her on as an apprentice, and soon, had her own waitlist of people. Life was perfect.

Until… one morning her Uncle woke up to Finley screaming and ran into her room to find her flying upside down in her room with… wings on her back? After Paul had calmed her down, the wings disappeared. A couple of days later as she was walking on the shore, she noticed grains of sand floating around her, she blinked but there were still there. Intrigued, she gave a twirl of her fingers, and the sand seemed to follow.

Several weeks later and two more winged incidents, she received a call from D.O.K.I Organization and the rest is history. (We all know what happens now and I’m too lazy at this point. - @)
