Description
The Tsardom of Ulkryga is an absolute monarchy that is primarily populated by Russian settlers and was founded in 2210 AD, when the Federation had banished Russian nationalists from its territories. During the War of Thirds, it served as an ally of the CIN, who shared bitter relations with both Earth, Paralogon, and Zhou. By the war's end, its only territorial gain was the Polzecki Region (colonized by Polish settlers). The Tsarist regime proclaimed the region as a protectorate state, seeing it as a useful spot for their economy. It later became a major power in 2225, when Polzecki was fully annexed into Ulkryga. By 2227, it participated in the partition of the Ulk'kumi tribes, a race of primitive aliens who were viewed by the humans as "savages".

The capital city is New Moscow, located on the planet Vladia, named after communist revolutionary, Vladimir Lenin. Although the Tzar is considered the head-of-state, most of the power belongs to the corporations that run both the government, the banks, and even the military. Its class-based society is considered by the Federation as a ruthless and brutal existence, as it represents unfair competition and corporatism (false capitalism). Compared to the CIN, they are far more wealthier and pose a more deadly threat towards Terran dominance.
