If you're familiar with my Empress series, these two are not on the best of terms with Priscilla having been responsible for getting Niza off the throne via some disgruntled nobles. However, in this image, it's a bit different.

Context wise, this is a universe where Priscilla doesn't betray Niza, but instead, she and Niza are both captured and sold as harem dancers. Both are not happy to be bound, but even more so, are rather furious and flustered at being bound in skimpy harem outfits and stashed onto a ship bound for a foreign continent. Two nobles ladies of high standing, to be made to wear into skimpy entertainer attire against their will and bound in the bowels of a ship going to who knows where? No wonder they're upset and throwing glares at their captors.
