Hello everyone! This is Gappa (as an child and adult) from my story "Devilman DxD: Demons and Devils" and its prequel "Devilman DxD: Amon's Origins", based on his counterpart from Gappa: The Triphibian Monster.

In this version, much like his canon counterpart, Gappa is the only son of the previous Gappa and his mate whose kind originated from outer space as they were already present when Earth was still an interstellar cloud, whereas he hatched from an egg in a massive cavern located underneath the island's volcano, causing the natives to plead with the skeptical scientists not to take the baby away, lest it anger the baby's parents. Sure enough, despite the warnings the visitors callously ship the hatchling back to Japan.

Soon enough, within the caverns, the adult Gappas rise from the underground waters beneath the volcano, destroying everything in their path. The parents storm across Japan, destroying all in their wake thus earning the attention of the King of the Monsters Godzilla Senior himself, whom the latter do battle with the monstrous parents in halting their rampage. But miraculously, once they recover their child, Gappa’s parents relent and Godzilla Senior mercifully spare them as they depart to return to Obelisk Island to be never seen again.

During the current time, as an fully-grown adult, Gappa is now readily to defend his foster planet Earth from any kind of threat, thus causing him to with the Earth Kaiju, so this way, Gappa joined the Devilman Corps led by the former Demon Knight Amon and the Gremory peerage during the Second Great War against the Demon Tribe and its allies.
