Bio:Lu Bu was perhaps the most feared warrior in the Three Kingdoms. He was the adoptive son of Dong Zhou and served him, only to then kill him after eventually falling in love with Diao Chan. He became a powerful warlord with his own militia and battle against Cao Cao's forces, only for him to then be executed by Cao Cao's regime in 198 AD.
Gameplay Info:Special Moves
- Halberd Swing: Lu Bu swings his halberd downward at his opponent.
- Rapid Slash: He twirls his halberd around, slashing at his opponent.
- Choke and Slam: He grabs his opponent by the neck and slams him/her to the ground, causing a big black and purple energy dome to expand be dissolving, knocking the opponent farther.
- Spirit Bomb: He thrusts the halberd forward, sending a a blast of black and red lightning energy at his opponent.
- Armageddon Strike: He jumps up (the jumping thing doesn't apply first if done in-air) and lands to his oppoennt with a thrust of his halberd, which can also cause a short quake if the halberd hits the ground.
Quick Deaths
- Halberd Swing: The opponent is diagonally sliced in half.
- Rapid Slash: The opponent is cut to bits and pieces.
- Spirit Bomb: The opponent's torso blows up.
- Armageddon Strike: The opponent is vertically chopped in half.

- Intro Sequence: Two random foot soldiers are horrified. One of them says, "Oh crap, IT'S LU BU!!!" As Lu Bu arrives to the battlefield on his horse, he decapitates one soldier with his halberd as he screams, "GET OUT OF MY WAY!!!" while the other soldier runs away scared. Lu Bu gets off of his horse and thrusts his halberd to the ground before holding it with two hands.
- Victory Sequence: Lu Bu says, "I am the greatest warrior this world has ever seen!" as he twirls his halberd and stomps on the ground, making a big shockwave that shakes the screen a little before striking a pose.
- Stage: Luoyang
- Rival: Garrosh Hellscream
Story Mode:Intro Cutscene:(Scene takes place in Dingtao where Lu Bu, Chen Gong and Zhang Liao are held captive by Cao Cao's men.)
-Chen Gong: "My lord, if only you have followed my strategies, we wouldn't have been in this mess."
-Lu Bu: "STRATEGIES MY ASS!!! Your strategies would only get in the way of my might!"
-Cao Cao: "ENOUGH! Now then, are you willing to join my army and support my ambition?"
-Chen Gong: "But to go down as the strategist who served a tyrant would be a mistake in my part! Your tyranny ends now and my name shall ROAR UPON THE HEA-"
(One of Cao Cao's generals chops Chen Gong's head off.)
-Zhang Liao: "As defeated general, I have no comment on the matter."
-Cao Cao: "Hah! A defeated general? Don't make me laugh. You've been chasing after Lu Bu's might and you're still nothing. You would've fought for me and received might there. If death is what you seek, then so be it. Take him away!"
(Gaurdsmen take Zhang Liao away. Meanwhile Lu Bu is enraged.)
-Lu Bu: "So, you wish to use me, the one and only Lu Bu? DON'T YOU DARE FUCK WITH ME, CAO CAO!!!"
-Cao Cao: "So you want to defy me like you have all the other warlords you have defied. Then I guess you will die right here."
-Lu Bu: "You... YOU CAN'T KILL ME!!! I AM LU FENG XIAN, THE STRONGEST WARRIOR OF THE THREE KINGDOMS!!!"
(Lu Bu breaks free and tries to attack Cao Cao, only for one of Cao Cao's men to stop him in his tracks by tying his right arm off in a ball 'n chain. Cao Cao approaches the angry Lu Bu and slices Lu Bu diagnally in half.)
-Cao Cao: "This is the end of the line for you, Lu Bu. I will remember that day of when your arrogance and chaotic nature has fallen."
(Scene cuts to a surreal and nightmarish area. It is a spherical area where there's lots of huge fire blazing everywhere and a naked Lu Bu is standing on a platform made of heating sulfur)
-Lu Bu: "I-it's like I'm in Diyu."
*demonic laughter*
-Lu Bu: "What was that? Are you a demon?"
-Belial (v/o): "Indeed I am. Welcome to Hell. I am Belial, the Prince of Darkness."
-Lu Bu: "SHOW YOURSELF!!!"
(Belial shows up in front of him.)
-Belial: "Do you know why you have entered Hell?"
-Lu Bu: "Let me guess. It's because of my attitude towards other warlords, isn't it?"
-Belial: "YOU DAMN RIGHT THAT WAS THE REASON!!! NO ONE WANTS YOU AROUND THEM IN THE AFTERLIFE!!! I would've let you rot in Diyu, but I'll let that slide and have you right here in the main Hell, the Hell that contains nine circles. But I won't torture you."
-Lu Bu: "So you're too much of a coward to torment me? I can tell."
-Belial: "SHUT UP!!! I'm letting you do my dirty work, only then will I grant you your own reign, your own army, your own force of power. Will you accept."
-Lu Bu: "As a matter of fact, yes. Now make it happen!"
-Belial: "Here."
(Belial summons both a halberd and Lu Bu's armor from when he lived on Earth. He tosses them all to Lu Bu.)
-Belial: "But of course, you'll have to do favors for me. The more trustworthy you are to me, I'll grant you your ultimate source of might."
-Lu Bu: "I can't believe I'm signing up for this."
-Belial: "AHEM!!!"
-Lu Bu: "Alright, I'll do your bidding! Sheesh."
Prologue:In an age before the Three Kingdoms era, there was the Han Dynasty, a ruling government body in China which lasted for four centuries. The Han Dynasty crumbled after much corruptions and many rebellions, ending the dynasty forever. One of the dynasty's leading generals was Lu Bu. While Lu Bu was one of the mightiest warriors in the Three Kingdoms, he has had a history of betraying his superiors, ranging from Ding Yuan to even his own adoptive father Dong Zhou, and tried to establish his own brand of power, all up until he met his fate in 198 AD, where he was executed by Lord Cao Cao and his forces. Years after his death, Lu Bu found himself face to face with the Prince of Darkness, Belial, and was promised his very own army if he started doing favors for him from now on. Lu Bu will be one step closer to getting power if Belial can keep that promise to him.
Rival Cutscene:(Scene takes place in a circular arena surrounded by mountains, skulls, and crooked pillars with pointy ends and the sky is covered in clouds with colors ranging from grey to blackish blue. Lu Bu is on Red Hare and wonders around the circle.)
-Lu Bu: "Things are getting boring now! Can anyone else at least give me a decent challenge?"
-???: "I will challenge you, human!"
(Garrosh Hellscream arrives to the area on his Kor'kron wolf.)
-Lu Bu: "So, a demon wants to challenge me to battle, it seems."
-Garrosh: "I am Garrosh Hellscream, and I am no demon! I am an orc!"
(Lu Bu steps off of his horse.)
-Lu Bu: "Though I'll say one thing, you sure as hell don't look like you're an allegiance to Orochi."
-Garrosh: "I AM IN ALLEGIANCE TO NO ONE!!! I am a Warchief of my own clan!... or at least I use to until they turned their back on me."
-Lu Bu: "Yeah, I've been through something similar."
(Garrosh steps off of the Kor'kron wolf and walks towards Lu Bu.)
-Garrosh: "But we are not here to discuss about our interactions with different individuals. You wanted to fight someone stronger and now you get your wish, human. A fight against the orc himself!"
-Lu Bu: "This sounds like a great delight for me, taking on a giant monster armed with an ax."
Final Boss Cutscene:(After defeating Garrosh Hellscream, Lu Bu sees the fabled Sphere of Wonders and walks towards it, only to be carried over to Hell. Lu Bu is greeted by Belial.)
-Belial: "Welcome back to Hell, Lu Bu."
-Lu Bu: "Alright, Belial, I've been doing your dirty work for a long time and yet you won't give me access to my own army!"
-Belial: "Well that's karma biting back at you."
-Lu Bu: "WHAT?!?"
-Belial: "You see, Lu Bu, your history of betraying warlord after warlord has caused you to have to endure this karma that I am giving you! After years of doing my bidding, I still would not give you an army of your own! I bet you now know how that feels to be betrayed, as if your men turning against you prior to your execution wasn't enough!"
-Lu Bu: "You're never changing my mind, Belial!"
-Belial: "Oh really? Well let's review some of your treacherous deeds. These are the list of people you have betrayed over the years."
(Belial gets out a listed paper and puts on a pair of glasses.)
-Belial: "Let's see, you have betrayed the likes of Ding Yuan, Dong Zhuo, Yuan Shu, Liu Bei, Cao Cao, Yukimura Sanada, Ryu Hayabusa, Kasumi, Joan of Arc, Achilles, Nemea, Sterkenburg... WAIT A MINUTE!!! THAT'S NOT THE RIGHT LIST!!! WHERE'S THE REAL LIST OF PEOPLE LU BU HAS BETRAYED?!?"
-Random demon: "Sorry about that, master. Here's the real list."
-Belial: "Whoever printed me an incorrect list of victims of Lu Bu's betrayals, that fool's head I shall have on a pike!"
(Belial pyrokinetically burns away the paper and receives a proper listed paper from a small demon.)
-Belial: "Alright. Hopefully, this is the proper list. Ding Yuan, Dong Zhuo, Yuan Shu..."
-Lu Bu: "ALRIGHT, YOU PROVE YOUR POINT!!!"
-Belial: "Very well then. Now you know what betrayal feels like. And if you think you can betray me, you've got another thing coming."
(Belial throws away both the glasses and the paper and summons his trident Nequitius.)
-Belial: "I dare you to try and flip me off, Lu Bu! Just remember the consequences of what your actions led you!"
-Lu Bu: "Well screw you, Prince of Darkness! I will establish my own army after I am through with you!"
Ending:(Belial is destroyed and the Sphere of Wonders is now free for Lu Bu to access.)
-Lu Bu: "To hell with you, Belial. I will have my own army, and the Sphere of Wonders will help make that happen. Sphere of Wonders, grant me an army that I can raise on my own. Make me the most supreme and omnipotent warlord who ever lived!"
(After making a wish, Lu Bu cuts the sphere in half. The scene cuts to black. Tantric's "Down & Out" starts playing throughout as we see text fade in that says, "After Lu Bu killed Belial for making a false promise all these years, Lu Bu wished upon the Sphere of Wonders and settled to Diyu where he raised his own army of supernatural warriors that are bred to do his bidding. It was then that Lu Bu evolved into the demon that his enemies proceeded him to be when he once lived on Earth." We then cut to the Forbidden City where we see Lu Bu stomps on the ground as he marches onto towards a building while being followed by his army of warrior all clad in scary looking armor. Lu Bu's physical appearance has changed where he now has red glowing eyes, grey skin color and white hair. His voice also now echoes. Everyone, including the emperor and his subjects, step outside in fear.)
-Lu Bu: "Attention, everyone! I have come back from a thousand years for I, Lu Bu, have grown into a stronger being! Any who dare wish to take on me and my army, stand tall!"
-Ming Emperor: "This looks like we're gonna be in trouble."
(A random Omnyouji who looks like an Asian version of Neil deGrasse Tyson pops out of nowhere.)
-Omnyouji: "Watch out, men, 'cause we're dealing with a badass up in here!"
-Ming Emperor: "Where did you come from?!?"
-Servent: "Is that the fearsome Lu Bu from the Three Kingdoms era?"
(Lu Bu teleports pikes all around him. The pikes containing severed heads impaled onto them, ranging from Franco to Elora to Kaveh to Strycuris to Wallace to Jengiz to Javier to Sharyer to Jean to Kameyo to Hiroshi to Calixte to Rinzen to even Garrosh Hellscream.)
-Lu Bu: "These warriors were foolish enough to withstand against the mightiest warlord who had ever lived, during my journey to become what I am now! Here I stand today as I come to depose of the emperor and take over the Ming Empire as my own, unless some brave enough to fight me can prevent that!"
-Servant: "Look at all these heads, emperor!"
-Ming Emperor: "Whatever afterlife he went to has turned him into a madman!"
-Gaurdsman: "We are so fucked, aren't we?"
(Camera zooms close to Lu Bu head. Tantric's "Down & Out" stops playing.)
-Lu Bu: "Anybody who is willing to face Lu Feng Xian... COME AT ME!!!"
(Scene cuts to two swords clashing eachother to form an X in front of a shield that fades to existence, followed by the text "EPIC BLADES" emerging from behind the shield, followed by the credits with a montage of character renders and screenshots from each character's story mode as well as Sevendust's "Corrected" playing throughout.)
