I had this friend, see.She was a girl who would ask to borrow your homework 10 minutes before it was due to hand in.
A girl who would rest her head on your shoulder when tired
A girl who would always lend you that 20p at tuck shop
A girl who listened inquisitively to your music, whether or not she liked it.
A girl who would laugh at every joke you made.
Something happened.
Now, I have a friend who doesent smile at you when you walk in the room
A friend who is regularly depressed
A friend who has had her long, fair hair cut short.
A friend who hardly laughs
A friend who hardly speaks
I donβt know what happened, but...
I want her back
