Description Just a drawing of Andy's father along with his toys: Woody, Mr Potato Head and Slinky Dog. One of the most famous theories and one of my favorite, before Woody, Mr. Potato Head and Slinky Dog were Andy Jr. (the boy who owned the toys before Bonnie), they were Andy Sr. (Andy's father which is never mentioned).

Around the 1950s, more specifically 1957, the boy's favorite show was on television (Woody's Roundup) and he planned to have Woody's doll and to get that doll he needed to buy 30 boxes. The problem was that his family was poor and could not buy so many boxes of cereal and he ended up only being able to buy 7 boxes. The worst part is that Woody's program was canceled after the Sputnik 1 launch, which eventually made the western show unpopular to the kids (this was already revealed by Stinky Pete in Toy Story 2).

And because of that, Woody, Jessie, Bullseye and even Stinky Pete ended up being prototypes, that is, they are the only toys that exist. They ran the risk of being destroyed because of the cancellation of the show, but an employee was pity after reading the children's letters and instead of destroying the prototypes, she ended up giving these children these toys. In Jessie's case, she ended up staying with Emily and Woody with Andy Sr, who already had Mr. Potato Head and Slinky Dog.

Andy Sr. ended up getting polio, a rare disease that was not known and was bullied because of it. The doctor who took care of the boy asked his parents to destroy his things, including the three toys he had. Fortunately, the boy managed to convince his parents, and instead of destroying them, put the three toys locked in a black suitcase that had been in the attic for several years.

After he recovered from the disease, he married a beautiful girl (many believe that it is Emily, Jessie's former owner) and had a son named Andy Jr., but unfortunately the disease came back and even stronger. Before he died, he asked his son to take a key that was with him and look for a suitcase that was in the loft and that's where the boy found his father's three favorite toys.

Whether this theory is true or not is that I became sad to think that his father died, but some say that his father is still alive and has only divorced his family or even left.

I just followed the theory of Andy's father. It looks like he also had a Slinky Dog and a Potato Head.

I remember hearing this on Super Carlin Brothers, and it was later destroyed by Andrew Staton. It was pretty convincing and it sounded pretty good. Great Artwork.
