Finally got around to doing a refined version of this poor, poor character I have been promising a revision to for so long. Sadly, that is how most of my own redesigns go....I plan to do them, they don't happen. xp

Did not change a great deal of things, mostly refined body shape, and gave him a more distinct face and outline. Also bulked him up a bit more, his original design was too lanky looking for what I wanted.
Also working on finally getting him an actual outfit done, even though it's been years since the contest I held. ORZ
