I figured I'd make my own Danny Phantom character since there might be a reboot in the future. In this boy's human form his name is Billy Victor a young clever orphan that is good with techs and surviving the city and tree areas. Till he made his own ghost portal model that acted like the rocket's active ignition. He got ghost powers like danny but with tech along with it.

When he improvised in his own heroic action he saved Danny's friends when they were about to be crushed by the panel of a wood floor up top. When they asked on what's his name he said "spectre, Billy Spectre" then Billy just flow off.
